In this Business Analyst role, you will be supporting the company’s Logistics team performance by providing operational and financial insights. You will drive analysis on main KPIs through the use of analytics and BI tools and drive automation of reporting activities within Logistics and support with data sources for upcoming projects.

What will you be doing:

  • Collaborate with DWH engineers, business, and data analysts to gather requirements and develop solutions.
  • Create and validate documentation, including BRDs, specifications, and process flows.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring effective communication.
  • Develop test plans, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality assurance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and drive continuous process improvement.

What you’ll bring:

  • 2+ years proven experience in business analysis, especially in data warehouse projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
  • Good knowledge of ETL processes is a must. Experience with ETL tools like Azure or AWS is preferrable.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Python experience is beneficial
