• Shifts : Monday to Friday | 8 hours/day
• Job type: Full-time | 6-Month Contract

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Eliciting, translating & simplifying, analyzing and document requirements.
• Creating functional user stories based on business requirements.
• Ensuring smooth execution of the sprint
• Developing Acceptance Criteria including edge case scenarios.
• Organizing and managing Product Backlog

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with exceptional academic performance
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, including expertise in document requirement management, user story creation, Acceptance Criteria development, and product backlog management
• Experience in Agile methodology within the Software Development Life Cycle
• Proficiency in IT tools such as JIRA, Power Apps, BI Reporting, Visio, ServiceNow, Excel, Microsoft SQL, and AWS concepts
• Functional knowledge of ERP systems (JDE, Infosys, PDI)
• Preferred certifications: IIBA and/or Scrum Master
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing
• Eagerness to learn, multitask, and thrive in a high-volume and evolving work environment
• Commitment to meeting and maintaining deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in teams
• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
