Description:
Adecco is currently seeking a skilled Business Analyst for a Contract role in Ajax, ON, offering $30-$35 Per Hour. The role entails enhancing data analysis and management within the Estimating team, improving Cost and Technical information capture, and driving short and long-term process improvements.
- Pay rate: $30-$35/hour.
- Location: Ajax, ON
- Shifts: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
- Job type: 6-month contract | Full-time

Responsibilities:
- Revamp existing dispersed datasets to identify improved storage solutions
- Centralize Estimating information by creating databases
- Capture and collate Cost and Technical data from SAP, Catia, and other sources
- Analyze Cost-Technical relationships to support decision-making
- Assist in long-term database development through a Proof of Concept (POC)
- Apply Estimating’s Cost Breakdown Structure to Program BOM’s
- Provide RFP support and generate cost estimates during Proposals
- Support creation and maintenance of Program Cost Models
Requirements:
- Advanced level in Excel, including VBA
- Experience in Database creation, particularly MS Access
- Working knowledge of Catia/CAD applications desirable
- Familiarity with data analytics concepts
- Quick learner and self-starter with enthusiasm for process improvement
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
