Description:

Daily rate: $1,000 - $1,100 incl. superannuation
Contract length: 12 months
Location: Brisbane
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in implementing new ERP systems. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in analysing business processes, identifying requirements, and facilitating the successful integration of ERP solutions within our organisation. This role requires a deep understanding of business operations, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to elicit, document, and prioritise business requirements for the new ERP system.
  • Solution Design: Work closely with solution architects and technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
  • ERP Configuration: Configure and customise the ERP system to align with business needs, ensuring that configurations support efficient workflows and data management.
  • Data Migration: Oversee data migration activities, including data cleansing, transformation, and validation, to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data in the new ERP system.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the performance and effectiveness of the ERP system. Continuously evaluate system performance and recommend optimisations as needed.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, process flows, system configurations, and training materials to support ongoing system maintenance and future upgrades.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
