Our analysts play a key role in ensuring we’re building the right services and capabilities, that offer the very best, fast and scalable solutions to our customers.
As a Business Analyst, supporting Data enablement, you’ll play a key role in helping to enhance our customers’ experiences by analysing, designing, and optimizing their end-to-end journeys across various touchpoints. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless, efficient, and delightful customer interactions that align with data enablement’s strategic objectives.
There is an expectation that you will be comfortable working in a fast-paced software engineering setting alongside product owners, engineers, architects, and testers to drive capabilities that are forward looking, and will enable us to offer fast, reliable, scalable capabilities and data driven insights to our customers.
What will your day look like?
It’s a very fast paced environment so no two days will be the same. You will play a leading role in your squad ensuring, that the Squad is clear on requirements and priorities, and is aligned to customer & business value.
As well as the usual analyst responsibilities of requirements elicitation, process analysis, managing squad backlogs, and working with delivery leads you will also:
Collaborate with technical product owners and engineers to translate business requirements into workable technology outcomes for the Squad.
Ensure work delivered by your squad aligns with squad’s roadmap.
Work with internal technology, security, and risk partners to ensure our solutions are secure and well-managed.
Facilitating UAT, verifying and validating what’s in production.
