Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. Each customer should feel like they are our only customer and our job is to set the bar for the experience they receive. To run such an extraordinary store, it takes extraordinary people, and we are looking for a Business Analyst to help us do extraordinary things.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Relevant analytical experience clearly demonstrating the ability to analyse and manipulate data in Excel; experience of Tableau a plus
  • Experience of effectively interpreting large, wide-ranging data sets and creating effective insights through succinct and astute visualisation with Excel and/or Tableau
  • Accomplished presentation and communication skills, being able to tell your story in a structured way to variable audiences and across multiple platformsCommercial focus

DESCRIPTION

  • Develop and present ASO business analytics, insights and reports across all Apple Store Online markets, segments and platforms in EMEIA - Build performance reports (Excel / Keynote / Tableau Dashboards) for ASO and cross functional Retail teams - Help the business understand the efficacy of the promotions and campaigns - Provide insights on ASO customer behaviour to key local and global business partners - Develop and maintain relationships with a core group of business stakeholders and build strong regional relationships with the global analytics function - Work cross functionally and collaboratively with Retail teams to build a consistent story on trends and insights
