Business Analyst

An innovative modern haircare brand is on the hunt for a driven Business Analyst to be based in London.

As Business Analyst, you will be in charge of all commercial trackers and business analysis (marketing/commercial) of the brand, supporting the International Commercial Director and the General Manager. You will play a core role in raising the awareness of the brand’s performance and to increase trade credibility on the key international markets: North America (prime market), the UK, Middle East, Europe and Asia.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Compile all existing reports and data-source
• Propose and agree with management key business performance trackers and timings
• Set up regular key business reports and analysis
• Support the Commercial Director to manage margin negotiations and setting commercial terms and targets
• Contribute to develop and execute the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives
• Present to business leaders performance KPIs on a regular basis
• Raise internal awareness of performance
• Work with retail partners to develop partnerships on data-sharing
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure market awareness
• Liaise with all internal stakeholders
