Responsibilities:

You will be a creative and agile Business Analyst Assistant with skills in systems thinking, design, implementation and change, you’ll be enthusiastic, proactive and ready to contribute fresh ideas to the team. Your role will be to facilitate interactions between the business and the technical team who are using cutting edge technologies and techniques to tackle challenging business problems and deliver rapid, cost effective and efficient solutions.

You will actively engage and work closely with business stakeholders at all levels to ensure adoption, continuous evolution and extensibility; to be successful you should have a reasonable level of technical understanding with a background in a similar BAA-type role covering technology solutions and their associated business change.
In this role, specifically you will:
- Be responsible for identifying suitable business area opportunities where emerging tech solutions can solve business problems and assess business extensibility of solutions to maximise returned benefit to the organisation.
- Effectively build and manage trusted relationships; including managing scope and expectations, facilitating buy-in to doing things differently, ensuring support and commitment throughout.
- Work with customer stakeholders to elicit, capture, analyse and elaborate requirements and processes, across strategic, business and technical.
- Iteratively validate design, embed change and ensure business benefit is articulated, documented, achieved and used to drive prioritisation of work.
