POSITION SUMMARY:
The Business Analyst identifies, analyzes, and monitors issues that affect profitability, growth, and productivity for the Alside business. This position will be based out of our corporate headquarters located in Cuyahoga Falls, OH and report to the Vice President, Sales Enablement.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Analyze and administer short-term incentive programs to ensure program objectives are met
- Develop and refine sales analytics
- Recommend and implement changes to current programs
- Build strong cross-functional relationships
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance/Marketing/Economics or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of progressive professional work experience
- Strong business acumen, with understanding of how decisions affect volume, growth, and profitability
- Very strong analytical and modeling skills
- Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the company
- Skilled using MS Word, PowerPoint and PowerBI

- Use statistical methods, modeling, analytical methodologies, and data analysis to inform and support decision-making.
- Provide data-driven insights and develop recommendations for improvements
