We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at AutoCanada. We are looking for an individual with a passion for data analysis, process improvement, and a desire to gain a keen understanding of the automotive industry. The ideal candidate should be a proactive problem solver, adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, and committed to driving excellence in our business operations.

• Process Mapping and Business Needs Assessment:
• Document existing business processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
• Conduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and expectations.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to define desired business outcomes to recommend and deliver appropriate data solutions (reports, spreadsheets, dashboards).
• Ensure that proposed data solutions align with business objectives and are reflected in updated process documentation.
• Business Process Improvement:
• Evaluate current business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and optimize operational performance.
• Analytics Enablement
• Develop communication and training plans for new and existing Tableau dashboards and information products
• Coach users on use and functionality of Tableau dashboards
• Steward and administer Tableau Portal
• Administration of Tableau user groups and project folders
• Reporting & Evaluation:
• Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders.
• Assess the impact of new programs, products, and initiatives, providing valuable insights for improvement and support organizational decision-making.
