The ideal candidate will be responsible for automations and integrating apps across departments, with a strong focus on using Zapier and Shopify. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to develop workflows that enhance efficiency and productivity.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in process improvement or business analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of process documentation and solution design.
• Familiarity with automation technologies, particularly Zapier and Shopify.
• Relevant experience and certifications.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in integrating apps using Zapier and Shopify.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
