Team
The B2C Team is at the heart of Raisin, leading our DACH platforms and focuses on growing our retail customer base whilst ensuring their satisfaction and improving the general customer experience. In your role, you will be deeply involved in orchestrating and executing projects, customer acquisition, product development and performance measurement. With projects spanning across every department in the organization, you’ll have an unparalleled opportunity to learn the ins and outs of our business.

Your Responsibilities

  • Working with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement or innovation.
  • Taking over responsibility for key projects.
  • Managing our B2C platforms in Germany and Austria and acting as the first point of contact for all commercial and operational topics.
  • Identifying opportunities for growth and process improvement.
  • Updating and maintaining operational workflows.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (ie. Product, Marketing, Customer Service) to oversee the development of new features and ensuring a qualitative service is delivered to our customers and partners.
  • Developing marketing campaign strategies that align with our business goals.

Your Profile

  • You have a degree in business, economics, finance, marketing or a related discipline.
  • You have previous experience in a similar field, ideally in the financial sector or in a tech company wrt: Project Management, Account Management, Strategy or Business Development.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are a quick learner who enjoys tackling new challenges and can deep dive into new topics to gain the knowledge required to effectively lead projects.
  • You are analytical and are proactively looking for opportunities to add value.
  • You are a strong team player who works well with a multitude of stakeholders across various departments to execute projects.
  • You work well have excellent skills in with Ms Excel/Google Spreadsheets and Ms PowerPoint/Google Presentations; having experience with BI tools such as Looker is a plus.
  • At least 1 years of prior experience in consulting, FinTech, banking and/or finance-related company or a B2B software company.
  • You are fluent in both English and German (another foreign language is welcome).
