WHAT DOES THE ROLE LOOK LIKE?

• Analyze customer behavior to identify areas for improvement
• Data gathering and structuring, simple implementations
• Configure and test Banqsoft’s software
• Develop and maintain detailed product documentation
• Design the functional solution based on written requirements
• Participate in product roadmap planning and provide input based on market research, customer insights and data analysis
• Participate in Use Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that implemented solutions meet the business requirements

To master the role of we believe that you have:

• At least 2-3 years relevant work experience
• Minimum a bachelor´s degree within IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or similar
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
• Excellent communicative skills in English
• Problem-solving abilities with attention to details and accuracy, can-do attitude, and you like to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong alignment with our Employee DN
