Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
Lead conduit between clients’ business and Capgemini’s solution teams for managing requirements.
Specialty Pharma Experience or any kind of Pharma background is highly preferred. If no Specialty Pharma Experience then will consider a strong BA that can learn this area quickly.
Responsibilities:
- Elicit business and systems/ data requirements from business users and subject matter experts
- Define, analyze, prioritize requirements and interface agreements
- Write functional/system specifications, business rules, business processes
- Lead development of common standards and tools for documenting requirements, rules and data specifications
- Perform gap analysis for current and future state requirements and/or data specifications / interfaces
- Assist in operational rollout and support
- Provide consulting services and manage client relationship on solution and discovery engagements
- Map functional and business requirements to data specifications
- Assist QA with validating test cases and scenarios and validate data during test cycles
