Description:

SHORT DESCRIPTION:

The Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst serves as a translator between technnical teams and the client to collect, clarify, analyse and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual design (user stories).
The Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst is responsible for gathering IT and business stakeholder requierements related to ServiceNow and partnering with the SN Application Architect and developement team to transform the requirements into a viable solution.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with specific experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Knowledge of Data Foundation & Integration/SAM/CMDB/ITSM module with certificates included.
  • Fluent English;
  • Experience in Agile development expected.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in design, test and transition Service Management and Service Integration solutions within the Now Platform.
  • Perform detailed data analysis, while engaged in migration projects, to provide requirements for developers enabling configuration and customization
  • Provide ‘Early Life Support’ - delivering Service Management and Service Integration services and handing over support to the future delivery teams.
  • Design and implement E2E trainings and UAT.
  • Assist in gathering core configuration requirements, translate these into design model and handle the overall implementation process in collaboration with developers.
  • Capture customers and service providers requirements into stories, solution the approach and run the overall implementation process in partnership with developers.
  • Assist Delivery teams to resolve issues and improve service delivered to the customers against ServiceNow Platform.
  • Create test scenarios.
