Description:

Magma Aviation / Chapman Freeborn are experiencing growth and is excited to announce that were looking for an additional Business Analyst to join our team at Gatwick, UK. The successful candidate will ideally have experience working in an office based operations department within the aviation, transport or logistics sectors, with a cargo environment being most desirable. Candidates working in similar process driven roles will also be considered as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Management, Sales, Network Planning, Finance and Operations to build, agree and execute Strategy for Data Analytics, Business Insights and Digitalisation.
  • Providing effective finance and commercial input, or initiating change, to ensure key operational, commercial and financial targets are deliveredKEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design and manage data sources for efficient data extraction and analysis.
  • Oversee the Data Warehouse and Reporting Platforms.
  • Develop and implement data strategy and analytics.
  • Prepare presentations with business recommendations for Management and Product Directors.
  • Build and manage a self-service analytics platform.
  • Create standardized reports for internal metrics, trade data, and competitor activity.
  • Advocate for and develop automated reporting with the Business Intelligence Team.
  • Serve as the main contact for ad-hoc reporting requirements.
  • Prepare regular Market Insight reports and manage Business Insight portals.
  • Support Management with Digital Transformation Strategy and Projects.
