Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Business Analyst will be a key member of the Intelligent Automation (IA) team and will play an integral role in designing and delivering automated processes within the Citco Group. The business analyst will work with the process owners and business unit representatives to optimize and digitize operational processes in order to deliver bottom-line results for Citco

YOUR ROLE:

  • You will carry out elicits, captures, analyzes, refines, articulates and documents business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and software documentation.
  • Assess candidate business processes for transformation and/or automation.
  • Work with business SMEs and technical team to brainstorm solutions and assess feasibility.
  • Create and review solution design documents clearly articulating as-is and to-be states.
  • Document and communicate business outcomes and gains from proposed solutions.
  • Document best practices, create SOPs, standard templates and project governance guidelines for executing automation projects and automation Platform as a Service.
  • Perform all aspects of the project life cycle including but not limited to: scoping, analyzing, developing solutions, reviewing deliverables, from executing to implementing change.
  • Work with Process Owners and Business Leads to rollout completed solutions to target teams/offices.
  • Own product backlog maintenance and grooming.
  • Participates in Scrum stand-up meetings, backlog grooming sessions, review and retrospective meetings.
  • Weekend testing may be required for releases (new functionality, bugs, enhancements, upgrades); generally, one or two releases are scheduled per quarter.
