Business Analyst – Client Services

operational excellence within Apex, we’re seeking a driven Business Analyst that can be successful
in a multifaceted role consisting of client services delivery and Apex enterprise transformation.

EDUCATION

MBA (preferred) with focus in healthcare administration, or bachelor’s degree in below or related

area of study:

• Business (Accounting, Finance, Economics), Engineering/STEM, Information Management,

Information System

technical configuration requirements for software developers

• Build workflow charts and diagrams to facilitate requirements gathering and solutio

• Support the initial commercial partnership process ranging from initial solutioning

discussion to proposal / statement of work delivery

• Support the development of commercial materials: partnership presentations, one-page

solution specifications, case studies, etc.

• Engage in solutioning discussions with prospective clients and draft functional design

documentation utilizing strong skills in logical thinking, decision-making, problem solving,

and attention to detail

• Post-contract execution, capture and analyze business requests to translate them into

technical configuration requirements for software developers

• Build workflow charts and diagrams to facilitate requirements gathering and solution

configuration

• Drive project management following the execution of commercial agreement with client
• Coordinate closely with Client Services management and team leadership regarding

communications, planning, risks and issues, etc.

• Support business initiatives through data analysis, identification of implementation barriers
• Provide input to business requirements and product team to inform product roadmap
• Perform other duties as assigned
