- Experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within Information Technology sector. Knowledge of the Insurance industry will be advantageous.
- Understanding of agile methodology and experience applying agile practices.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; including written and verbal communication.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This position plays an integral role in product development; working closely with the Software Engineering teams in an Agile environment to design, deliver, and improve upon Codafication’s product offerings.
Your day-to-day duties will include;
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, translating them into user stories and epics within JIRA, and lead backlog refinement.
- Producing information design elements e.g. defining project scope, developing user stories, user acceptance criteria, creating functional specifications documents, etc.
- Working with leadership to ensure project plans, resources, timelines, and budgets are aligned with client specifications.
- Facilitating effective communication between technical and non-technical teams throughout the development process.
- Reporting, analysing, and delivering business insights and metrics to leadership.
