KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- A good understanding of Sabre (or Other GDS) would be preferred
- Strong business analysis skills – gathering requirements, liaising with vendors; process analysis as well as data analysis
- Accuracy and attention to detail is essential
- Strong written and verbal communication skills is essential
- Ability to grasp product concepts very quickly
- Ability to work autonomously and think on your feet within tight deadlines
- Ability to build strong relationships with business stakeholders as well as internal stakeholders
- Nuget, Git / Bitbucket, Jira, Visual Studio
- Understanding of Secure Coding Standards and security protocols
- Strong understanding of Cyber Security principles and practices
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Business Analyst role requires outstanding business analysis and technical skills in order to work effectively with internal stakeholders and within a customer focused service delivery environment. This role works closely with the Technology team to co-ordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a robust Loyalty Travel solution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather requirements from Business Stakeholders
- Effectively identify and define business needs and problems/issues
- Work closely with developers & UI/UX teams to ensure requirements can be built
- Elicit and document business rules and complete business process mapping where required
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
