WHO WE ARE
Cox Purtell, in collaboration with a leading legal institution committed to excellence and professional development, is looking for a Business Analyst to oversee multiple project streams, with a primary focus on migrating Oracle systems to Azure. And while not directly managing people, the Business Analyst will be in-charge of collaborating closely with third parties, vendors, and other stakeholders to drive project success.

The ideal candidate will excel in both written and verbal communication, possessing the ability to articulate complex concepts with precision and clarity. Attention to detail is paramount as you navigate through legacy systems and uphold our commitment to continuous improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Utilize exceptional communication skills to effectively liaise between technical teams and legal stakeholders.
Implement bespoke methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall to streamline project processes and deliverables.
Oversee six (6) to seven (7) project streams simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelines.
Lead efforts in transitioning Oracle systems to Azure, with a focus on design, user acceptance testing (UAT), and coordination of resources.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all projects, identifying areas for optimization and enhancement.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, capturing project requirements, milestones, and outcomes.
Leveraging your word-smith skills to articulate solutions and drive modernization efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new strategies and initiatives, fostering innovation and growth within the organization.
