Our client is a leading multi-line regional insurance provider based in Abu Dhabi. They’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst with experience in Data Analytics within the Insurance industry

Responsibilities:

• Develop and document business requirements for data analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and customer needs.
• Interpreting data, analysing results using statistical techniques
• Developing and implementing data analytics, data collection system and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate the implementation of Pricing & Underwriting analytics initiatives.
• Using automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources
• Performing analysis to assess the quality and meaningful data
• Filter Data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to identify and correct code problems
• Assigning numerical value to essential business functions so that business performance can be assessed and compared over periods of time.
• Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
• Working with programmers, engineers, and management heads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies.
• Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.
• Develop communication plans, training materials, and workshops to educate stakeholders and promote buy-in for proposed changes.

Requirements:

• An Experienced Business Analyst with Data Analytics experience in the Insurance industry
• Experience and track record in providing managed consulting services in the Insurance domain.
• Analytical expertise and proficiency in relevant methodologies and tools.
• Alignment of the proposed approach with Client’s specific analytic needs.
• Clarity and thoroughness of the proposed plan and timeline.
• Qualifications and expertise of the proposed analytical resource
