Outokumpu, a global leader in stainless steel, is seeking a Business Analyst to become the leading expert in tools, systems, and reporting, supporting our sales controlling team and business segments within Advanced Materials.
As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in providing accurate and timely data support, conducting clear data analysis, and developing best-practice reports to support sales steering and organizational goals. You’ll collaborate closely with our sales organization, leveraging your expertise in feeder and reporting systems as well as BI tools like Power BI.

• Provide accurate and timely data support for monthly reporting in finance and sales functions.
• Collaborate with Sales Controlling team members and the sales organization on clear data analysis and actions.
• Become the go-to expert in feeder and reporting systems, as well as BI reporting tools.
• Develop and maintain datasets in Power BI, ensuring data quality and correctness.
• Create and maintain best-practice reports that support sales steering and organizational goals.
• Prepare monthly performance reviews presentations and analysis for Sales Controlling and Sales Segment teams.
• Support the development of sales segment strategy, annual plans, and forward-looking activities cross-functionally.
• Assist in sales value creation by providing insight, financial analysis, and steering support.
