    We are on the hunt for an agile Business Analyst to join our Technology and Platform team at Datam.
    In this pivotal role, you’ll dive into collecting essential requirements, crafting detailed user stories, and defining acceptance criteria for our diverse multi-channel communication streams. These streams span the spectrum from cutting-edge digital capabilities to the enduring realms of traditional print, mail, archive, and email platforms. Your responsibilities extend far beyond information gathering. You’ll forge strong connections with our valued customers and collaborate closely with Developers, Analysts, and Service Delivery Managers. Your talent for transforming requirements into actionable DevOps strategies will be a game-changer for our team.

    Mōu - About you You are a proactive and analytical thinker with a passion for technology and innovation. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders effectively. Your experience in creating user stories, gathering requirements, and defining acceptance criteria is complemented by a deep understanding of DevOps principles. You thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy solving complex problems, and unafraid to pose questions to get answers. Your ability to adapt to new challenges and drive continuous improvement will make you an ideal fit for our forward-thinking team.

Alongside the above, you’ll couple this with;

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in crafting user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
