Company
Our client is a reputable software company that specialises in ERP development and implementation. Located in Parramatta, there is currently an opening for a seasoned Business Analyst to join their development team on an initial 12-month fixed term contract with an ongoing view for the right candidate.
Parramatta location with 3 days or more in the office as required, hybrid working arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements, translating them into creative and robust solutions.
- Lead and oversee projects from conception to production deployment.
- Ensure comprehensive project delivery, including documentation, testing, and training materials.
- Facilitate workshops to aid in requirement elicitation.
- Collaborate effectively with customers, team leaders, and various stakeholders within the organization.
- Develop detailed documentation such as BRD, SD, Functional Specifications, Test Plans, and Statements of Work.
- Deliver application and feature training to internal staff and clients, promoting effective business change management.
- Validate release notes, end-user documentation, and training materials.
- Conduct BA tests and participate in user acceptance testing and application support.
- Maintain project details and task statuses in JIRA.
- Coordinate project kick-off and catch-up meetings to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Cultivate enduring relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Provide regular project and progress updates to management and team leaders.
- Actively contribute to team meetings and discussions.
- Adhere to Revolution’s internal time tracking and attendance policies.
- Attend Change Advisory Board meetings as necessary.
Required Skills and Experience
- University or IT qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business requirement gathering, documentation, and management.
- ERP solution design experience
- Proficiency in stakeholder engagement, communication, and workshop facilitation.
- Strong analytical skills.
