ABOUT THE COMPANY

Davidson is teaming up with a prominent not-for-profit organization on a new digital project. We are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their dynamic team located in the heart of Melbourne CBD.
About the Role
As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in various projects including the success of a billings integration project utilising Salesforce.

Your responsibilites:

• Engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements, understanding their needs, and translating them into actionable business requirements.
• Demonstrating a deep understanding of business processes and ecosystems within not-for-profit and government agencies.
• Collaborating with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between systems.
• Utilising tools such as Jira and Confluence for effective project management and documentation.
• Presenting business requirements clearly and concisely to various stakeholders.
• Understanding and documenting interfaces between systems, both from a technical and business perspective.

About You

• A keen ability to listen to the business and identify gaps for the process.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex relationships.
• Comfortable working in environments where processes are evolving, showcasing adaptability and a proactive approach.
• Capable of working independently while also welcoming collaborative input from team members.
• Experience in rostering and time and attendance solutions, with an understanding of client rostering needs.
• Familiarity with billing aspects of client invoices and claiming, as well as interfaces to finance systems.
• Experience working in a not-for-profit, aged care or the disability industries are highly desirable!!
