ESSENTIAL

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in business roles
  • Knowledge of industry process frameworks and process KPIs and benchmarks
  • Understanding of improvement methodologies e.g. DMAIC, Lean and experience using them
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Ability to engage effectively with all stakeholders, including those at a senior level
  • Ability to exert influence
  • Results orientated: taking initiative, seeking information, problem solving, creativity
  • Organisational skills: ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple initiatives
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Commercial and financial acumen
  • Documentation and writing skills
