DGR Systems, a growing premier technology consulting company, is looking for a Business Analyst with experience in managing and analyzing data from CRM/ERP and financial systems, and an understanding of best practices for transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business growth and performance improvement. This individual will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between data and decision-making, helping the organization thrive in today’s data-driven landscape.
This position requires a highly motivated individual, who has a passion for data analysis, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of business processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
• Conduct a thorough analysis of business data, processes, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Translate business requirements into clear and concise documentation, including functional specifications, use cases, and process flows.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and implementation of business solutions.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business metrics.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to stakeholders as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business analysis and data analytics.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a strong track record of delivering successful business solutions.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems and enterprise applications is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including Excel, T-SQL, and/or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred.
