Responsibilities:
- Produce detailed business requirements, process maps and data analysis for complex applications and systems.
- Undertake discovery activities including facilitating group workshops to support and construct detailed business requirement specifications.
- Conduct cost benefit analysis and business benefit realisation activities to aid management decision making and assist the prioritisation and planning of activities.
- Strategic analysis of new ideas to support completion of Business Cases.
- Identify and recommend opportunities to improve the business by way of technology, data, or business process changes.
