BUSINESS ANALYST
Right now, we are looking for a passionate Business Analyst experienced in driving ERP integration related product development and managing business requirements from start to finish. If you are analytical, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and can handle multiple projects with a focus on results, we want to hear from you. Team players with a strong work ethic are our kind of people!Your role will include:
- Bridging between business operations and technical teams; identify the ERP integration needs together with development teams
- Analyzing new requirements and preparing detailed requirements specifications for upcoming developments
- Collaborating with development teams by answering questions, testing, and documenting
- Facilitating communication with pilot customers to gather valuable feedback
- Prioritizing and planning the implementation of new features based on the requirements
What we are looking for:
- Solid experience in procurement, accounting, or finances
- Excellent ability to translate business needs into clear, logically structured requirements
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, coupled with a positive attitude and a solid understanding of IT environments
- Ability to dive into details, find solutions and solve problems
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with both customers as well as developers
- Confidence in engaging with stakeholders, clients, and colleagues, with a proactive approach to obtaining feedback on new features
- Self-motivated and independent, capable of driving activities without constant oversight
- Experience in insights and analytics, understanding of the Agile methodology, and past involvement in IT projects are advantageous
