Job Description
Sanden International (Europe) GmbH is looking for a Business Analyst (f/m/d) in Automotive who will be based at our European HQ in Bad Nauheim, Germany. Within our Business Division, you will be part of our Marketing team, which is the brain behind company’s business plans, supporting sales with thorough market analysis, insights and pricing.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
- At least 3 but preferably 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Planning or Marketing within the automotive industry
- Master’s degree in business administration, marketing or any related field
YOUR NICE-TO-HAVES:
- Knowledgeable in SAP Supply Chain Management, enhancing operational efficiency and streamlining business processes.
- Skilled in using Power BI for data visualization and business intelligence, turning data into actionable insights
- Proven background in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, driving brand awareness and customer engagement
- Demonstrated ability at planning and executing events, ensuring seamless operations and memorable experiences for participants
- Experienced in crafting compelling press releases and managing social media platforms to boost brand presence and engagement
- Adaptable and eager to embrace new challenges, continuously seeking opportunities for growth and improvement

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the development of the Sales & Marketing Business Plan and review on a monthly basis identifying variances, causes and recommending countermeasures, with focus on pricing, profit, samples, provisions & deferred income
- Analyse the market to determine market size and trends which can affect our business strategies and plans, such as macroeconomics, OEM positioning, competitor, technology trends etc.
- Identify opportunities for new products, new markets & new customers by assessing trends, customer requirements, regulation change and competitor activities. Identify potential market sizes and business targets and their requirements and form a Business Plan for them
- Support Sales teams in the business acquisition and retention process and review pricing strategies considering risk, logic profitability and impact to the business plan
- Develop a Marketing Strategy taking into account corporate policy, company strategy & targets
- Develop and maintain Transfer Pricing policy and commercial offers from vendors
- Support the Marketing department head with key planning activities and presentations
