Our department is responsible for the order and contract processes at IONOS, which are used thousands of times a day by our customers. We therefore play a central role in our system landscape.
We are now looking for a Business Analyst to act as a link in one of our development teams.

Tasks

• As a Business Analyst, you will be part of an agile development team that is currently evolving towards scaled agile frameworks
• You will contribute your expertise and ideas to further develop and improve the setup together
• You will work closely with the product owner, stakeholders and other development teams to drive the product roadmap of our department and overall business system platform
• Our product is a business system platform that provides the mapping of IONOS’ business relationships with its product users and orchestrates changes to these across the system landscape. e.g. ordering, cancellation, master data changes
• We offer a wide range of conferences and communities that you can use for your further development - whether as a speaker or listener

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, ideally with knowledge of agile methods
• You are familiar with scaled agile projects such as LeSS or Nexus or are interested in developing further in this direction
• You are characterised by initiative, creative thinking and a strong creative drive
