We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join our team at Amaris Consulting in Belgium. This is an opportunity for individuals with 3 years of experience who are seeking a challenging role that requires sharp analytical skills, deep business acumen, and the ability to communicate effectively.

Analyse business processes and requirements, identifying areas for improvement or enhancement.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs and challenges.
Create detailed business analysis documents outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings effectively.
Evaluate risks related to requirements implementation, testing processes, project communications etc., ensuring effective risk mitigation strategies are in place.
Maintain ongoing communication with project teams regarding progress against plans including any variances encountered along the way.
Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
