POSITION DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our R&D team, reporting directly to the Director of Business Operations. You will be partnering very closely with our engineering leaders, finance, and HR teams to optimize how we collect and report on R&D operational efficiency and key financial metrics. You are someone who will roll up your sleeves and dig into the details of our engineering and hosting cost across the entire PAR product portfolio and translate/present your findings and recommendations to the senior leadership team. This role will allow you to work cross functionally and get exposure to the senior leadership at PAR as well as to the different business units.

WHY WE NEED YOU (SKILL AND ABILITIES)

We are looking for the following skillset and abilities to succeed in this position.

  • Own the creation of project requirement documentation for projects you are assigned to
  • Assist business stakeholders in translating requirements into a concise list of tasks and realistic timeline
  • Work across multiple departments to ensure project requirements account for all impacted business units

WHO WE ARE

At PAR, we believe we will win or lose, through the culture we build.

Our culture is built on 4 values.

  • Focus – success is built from focusing on what matters most
  • Winning Together – for PAR to win, we need our customers, our employees, our suppliers, our shareholders, and our community to succeed

We believe by committing to these values (and more) we can build a cultural spirit that, combined with our products, will create years of long-term success.
