Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst to join our Change Management team. You will play a pivotal role in delivering internal projects and transformation activity. This is a great opportunity to build on your existing experience and develop new skills while working in a friendly, Agile environment.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience working as a Business Analyst to analyse and identify opportunities for impactful change.
- A Business Analysis/Change Management qualification would be desirable but not essential.
- Some knowledge of IT and Financial Services would be useful but not essential.
We work alongside employers, trustees and financial services institutions, offering independent pensions, investments, benefits and risk consulting services, as well as data and technology solutions.
That’s the who and the what. More important is the ‘why’. The work we do may not always seem the sexiest. But it’s difficult, it’s complex, and it’s important. We help our clients, their employees, members and customers make decisions that have real and direct consequences on their financial futures.
For 100 years we’ve taken this responsibility seriously. Together, as a team and with our clients and partners, we’re here to build better futures
Responsibilities:
- Analyse and map key business processes, identifying waste and root causes causing inefficiencies.
- Measure the baseline and delivered benefits of improving the processes.
- Communicate with all stakeholders across the firm to ensure an accurate understanding of analysis, requirements, and potential impacts.
- Identify, recommend and assist with the design of business requirements for change projects with relevant people across the firm.
- Work with a project manager and Change Management colleagues to recommend options, establish and maintain a roadmap of activity.
- Confident facilitation of multi-disciplinary teams with strong customer focus.
- Build and maintain relationships with colleagues to support the successful delivery of change projects.
- Prepare and maintain relevant project documentation for processes and deliverables using the most appropriate tools and methods including waterfall, agile, etc.
- Using the Hymans Robertson Change Management Framework (CMF), where applicable, throughout the entire business change lifecycle.
- Identification and escalation of issues and risks arising, often assisting in the resolution of issues and mitigation of risks.
- Assist with the smooth transition of the project to Business as Usual (BAU) to verify that the project benefits are both fully realised and maintained.
