YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong analytical skills and the courage to navigate complex terrain and the care to ensure that no detail goes unnoticed.
A close dialogue with customers is important for understanding the customers’ needs and prioritizing our efforts. You are able to see opportunities and act as a translator between technology and requirements. You also recognize yourself in the following:
- Strong technical aptitude and experience in SaaS solutions as a Business Analyst
- Expertise to provide top-notch solutions for our customers
- Experience with agile methods and with preparing user stories based on customer requirements
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey technical concepts effectively
- Previous experience with HR software
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written (you will collaborate with colleagues in Denmark as well as in several other European countries, with all documentation being written in English)

- Identifying needs of customers and users
- Translating customer requirements into well-described user stories
- Validating and testing solutions with customers
- Facilitating refinement and planning sessions with the development teams
- Analyzing, specifying, and testing product features in close cooperation with the developers
- Conducting acceptance testing
- Attending stand-up meetings and other meetings with Product owners, Developers, and other stakeholders
- Providing 2nd level support for the support and implementation team
- Maintaining and further developing guides and other documentation
- Completing internal product training
