THE COMPANY:

Our client is a large and diverse financial services organisation with many different service offerings. They are currently looking for a business analyst to work on a large transformation program. This will be an initial twelve-month contract with potential to extend.

THE ROLE:

In this role, the duties of the business analyst will include, but not be limited to:

• Gathering requirements, and carrying out other standard business analysis tasks as required
• Working as part of a highly functioning agile team
• Elicit existing processes, document Current State, analyse change & identify best practice to determine Future State, perform Gap Analysis to determine impact to BAU;
• Working autonomously when required, and meeting strict deadlines
• Manage the provision of information to establish the agreed data integration platform, liaising with the Data Analyst and external stakeholders where required
• Being able to think outside the box and make commercial decisions as required.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have the following:

• 5+ years’ experience working as a business analyst, preferably in financial services
• Experience working in an agile project environment
• Experience working with investment customer data
• ability to think commercially in order to develop solutions which meet, but to not necessarily exceed, the needs of the busines
