Our local council client is on the look out for a Business Analyst to join their team immediately. The project aims to understand, analyse, and identify the existing challenges in payment processing and provide recommendations to enhance financial efficiency, improve customer experience and improve governance.
The engagement will be 4 days per week for 5-6 weeks.
Project Objectives: Our project aims to understand, analyze, and address existing challenges in payment processing. Key objectives include:
- Identifying current payment options, channels, systems, and gateways across our services.
- Assessing financial efficiency, operational processes, and customer experience.
- Analyzing preferred and least preferred payment channels to enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities: As a Business Analyst, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of payment options, technology, and infrastructure.
- Analyze transaction costs, customer preferences, and payment channel effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop prioritized recommendations based on cost-benefit analysis.
- Compile detailed reports outlining findings and proposed solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial analysis.
- Familiarity with payment processing systems and technologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Proven track record in project management and report writing.
