Description:
As a Business Analyst specializing in process improvements and documentation, you will drive organizational efficiency and standardization through analysis of business processes and identifying areas for optimization. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to determine improvement areas, streamline processes, and develop and execute solutions that drive business value. You will also ensure that business requirements are detailed, documented, and aligned with strategic objectives.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND COMPETENCIES:
- University degree in business; finance or similar or 3+ years experienceAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel; PowerPoint
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with ability to analyze complex processes and data to identify opportunities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- French Language is an asset
- Experience as a business analyst within the finance field is an asset
- Can independently lead projects in a high-pressure environment and adapt to rapid changes in projects

Responsibilities:
- Independently lead collaboration efforts with stakeholders and vendors to evaluate current business processes, identify pain points and risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Utilize process mapping techniques to document current-state and future-state processes and infrastructure, and coordinate workshop sessions with the appropriate groups to gather feedback and alignment on initiatives
- Independently and collaboratively gather, analyze, and document business requirements for cross-functional projects, and translate business needs into user stories ensuring alignment with department goals and objectives
- Working with the product management and IT teams, design and facilitate the execution of solutions that satisfy business requirements
- Create and implement change management procedures for projects and process improvement implementations
- Assist project managers in planning and controlling project activities and identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project delivery
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex processes and identify areas for optimization.
- Interacts with Management and provides feedback for process improvements
- Performs other duties as assigned
