Your Tasks
- You play a pivotal part in upholding our IT asset governance standards by understanding our asset lifecycle process and coaching our IT teams on best practices and ensuring the security and compliance of our assets.
- Being our expert in asset governance, you are the go-to authority, ensuring our IT assets consistently meet compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
- Your interpersonal skills are on par with your technical expertise: Both come into their own when you take a leading role in training and instructing IT staff in the intricacies of asset lifecycle management so they can adhere to best practices and legal guidelines.
- As Asset Owner and Delegate, IT Custodian and Custodian Delegate, you take charge and are responsible for the entire lifecycle of our IT assets, from onboarding to disposal.
- Risk Management is also on your agenda: You identify, track, and mitigate risks associated with asset management, ensuring timely closure and compliance with internal and external audits.
- With your future-oriented approach, you actively support new initiatives. In more concrete terms, you facilitate the smooth integration of new services, assets, and products by driving the IT asset governance process during go-live stages.
- By diligently preventing overdue risks and proactively addressing vulnerabilities, you make a significant impact on the safety and security of our bank.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent experience demonstrating a strong understanding of the field
- Experience in asset lifecycle management within the banking sector, IT audits or IT Risk Governance, with a proven track record of ensuring compliance and mitigating risks
- Ability to interpret and assess penetration test results in the context of cloud technology
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and prioritize actions effectively
- Enjoy cross-functional collaboration with various teams and stakeholders to achieve common goals
- Minimum C1 level of proficiency in German as well as exceptional proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex concepts and collaborate with diverse teams
