We are seeking a Business Analyst Graduate/Intern to join our team in Sydney.

About The Role
The Business Analyst Intern is responsible for supporting the business analysis function within the organization. You will work closely with senior business analyst or project/product managers to gather, document, and analyse business requirements to support the development of new software systems and enhancements to existing ones. In addition, you will assist in the testing and validation of system changes, as well as in the creation of user documentation and training materials.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders
  • Conduct research and analysis to support business requirements and identify potential solutions
  • Work with senior business analyst/ project manager to translate business requirements into technical specifications for developers
  • Test and validation of system changes
  • Create user documentation and training materials
  • Participate in meetings and presentations to stakeholders
  • Complete other BAU tasks as assigned
  • Testing and validation of system changes

About you:

  • Possess or working toward a bachelor’s degree/advanced diploma in computing or computer science discipline or equivalent combination of education, training or work experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical skills and troubleshooting methods
  • Attention to detail
  • Interest in all things related to IT
  • Ability to demonstrate exceptional teamwork and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening)
