- Specialized expertise in one or more subject areas such as Digital, CRM, ERP, Security, Infrastructure, and Finance.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role within a project/change management environment.
- Showcase a proactive work attitude with a solution-focused mindset.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit high-level interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence others positively.
- Proven ability to prioritize and efficiently manage workloads.
