Job Description
This is a Darwin based role.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst with the Healthcare sector or professional services environment
- An expert in Business Process Modelling
- Experience with enterprise healthcare systems, preferably InterSystems, TrakCare, TrakCare Lab and HealthSharesolutions
- Experience in testing, documentation preparation and systems implementation
- Extensive experience in the gathering and interpretation of business requirements, systems and technical documentation
- Ability to provide specialised advice on a range of applications and cloud technology
- Have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
- Ability to build rapport with stakeholders across all levels of the business
- Certification in IIBA, BABOK and agil
Responsibilities:
This role is a for a Business Analyst with a strong understanding of healthcare sector. In this role you’ll partner with our large healthcare clients to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
As a translator between the business and technical teams, you’ll be responsible for business process modeling, gathering and documenting current and future requirements, providing expert advice and guidance, and designing and implementing business solutions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders at all levels to develop, manage, and lead relationships, and collaborate with Product Owners to create backlogs, epics, features, tasks, and overall support delivery. With a strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum processes, you’ll be able to provide valuable insights and make a positive impact on our clients’ teams.
