The Opportunity!
Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, the Business Analyst is responsible for developing local tool champions and providing on-going training and assistance. This position plays a vital role in the growth and development of our sales culture.
The Business Analyst prepares sales forecasts, collects, and analyzes data to evaluate current sales goals along with existing and potential opportunities. They research market conditions, monitor competitors along with any changes in the industry that may affect sales. The Sales Resource Manager assists in the development of sales opportunities for the sales team and serves as the sales tool expert to align resources with opportunities.
A permanent full-time career, starting as soon as possible at our 1661 Portage Avenue offices.
What you will bring to the role –
University Degree in Sales & Marketing or equivalent years of experience is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in insurance sales is an asset.
Completion of CAIB 1, 2 and 3 is a minimum requirement. CAIB Designation is an asset.
Experience promoting a sense of urgency for reaching team goals.
