The Role:
We’re seeking a Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to the IDAM project, for this opportunity we are looking for a Business Analyst who has experience working within higher education.

Responsibilities include:

• Gathering and documenting requirements
• Conducting process modeling
• Assisting in the documentation of the Target Operating Model
• Supporting the design and documentation of user journeys

The Ideal Candidate:

We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate:

• Previous experience in similar roles
• Proficiency in writing requirements
• Ability to facilitate workshops effectively
• Experience in process modeling
• Familiarity with IDAM principles, governance, and access
• Understanding of RACI design and documentation principles

• Gathering and documenting requirements
• Conducting process modeling
• Assisting in the documentation of the Target Operating Model
• Supporting the design and documentation of user journey
