Role Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and collaborate with team members to determine and document business requirements
  • Drive and support the successful implementation of IT solutions to meet business needs
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with teams from different departments to develop and implement project plans
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment
  • Must have industry work experience with implementing SAP S/4HANA
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - both written and verbal
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver results
