Together, we are committed to empowering our units across Norway with insights, enabling leaders to make informed decisions to drive success. We are now looking for two Business Analysts to join our dedicated team of ten co-workers in our Head Office. We encourage also newly graduates to apply.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

• Analyzing trends and deviations
• Communicate financial results and recommend suggestions for improvements
• Understand the parameters that affect how we perform in our customer meetings by finding causes and proposing potential solutions
• Collaborate with other functions to optimize operations
• Translate numbers, data and experience into insight and to give a basis for good decision making
