QUALIFICATIONS

  • Masters in Business Administrations or B.E
  • English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication
  • 6+ years of experience working in Product development as analyst
  • End to end understanding of Product life cycle
  • Experience working in a global IT environment
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with a focus on ERP Analytics Cloud.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment, participating in Scrum or Kanban teams.
  • Experience in using reporting tools, drawings such as PowerBI, Reporting skills using Excel, Visio, etc
  • Experience in creating product manuals or user guide
  • Strong Analytical and Problem Solving skills
  • Flexibility in work timing and Process Orientation

Responsibilities:

Business Analyst with ERP exposure preferably with Manufacturing vertical background

  • Document the criteria as part of the Functional Specifications and also prepare Use Cases and Case Studies to be used by the Development and Testing Team to design, build, test unit, prepare for the Test Plans.
  • Ensure that deliverables always comply with practical, design specifications and software product requirements
  • Eliciting requirements and generating product backlogs and use case diagrams
  • Review functional specifications to demonstrate full understanding of individual deliverables
  • Lead regular project status meetings with clients and internal resources to drive project success
  • Make recommendations to Product Management for enhancements to products identified during client projects
  • Regularly report project status updates to senior management
  • Takes ownership and drives collaboration across disciplines to help deliver solutions that meet all the stakeholder needs
  • Creation of product flyers and website content related to the product
  • Working with the UX team on the creation of product prototypes
  • Writing of product test cases and working on product quality development
  • Improve communication, content and transparency of information to key stakeholders
  • Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed
  • Helping the Scrum process understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items
  • Working with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization
