Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate experience with business process mapping and reengineering
- Eliciting and documenting business requirements
- Act as an interface between business functions, technology and support teams
- Have proven experience with gap and workflow analysis
- Document and analyse required information and data
- Understand technical designs as well as the specifications
