Business Analyst (Insurance Industry)

We’re looking for a Business Analyst for our client in the Insurance industry. This role is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Gather user requirements, specifications, evaluate business functions
• Perform requirements analysis, look into technical design documents, and manage UAT
• Support implementation, as well as improving the quality of systems and processes
• Liaise with internal teams on all Product matters

• Work closely with development and business teamsProvide training and training materials

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in business analysis, with application rollout experience
• Experience with JIRA, SQL, Visio/Lucid Chart preferred
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Insurance or similar industry advantageous
• Proven experience in effectively working with development and business teams
